A recent issue arose where a user lost an Outlook folder under "Quick Steps" after the plug in tool was restored. The folder in question related to uploading via Datacap. Solution provided by Michael Squire as following:
Start in the Sherscan box where you would like to create the change. The below steps take place in the Quick Steps Menu.
Create New – Select a name for your folder – Chose Action – Move to folder – Chose Folder – Other Folder – Click Arrow Next to the folder Needed – Functions – Datacap this Message
